Danstherapie gaat uit van de connectie tussen beweging, emotie en cognitie, waarbij het lichaam het vertrekpunt van de therapie vormt.

De therapie is ervaringsgericht, creatief en dynamisch en vindt wekelijks plaats in een groep van 8 personen onder leiding van twee vrouwelijke therapeuten
